The role of the Waterproofing Supervisor is to monitor multiple projects and site personnel. Focused on delivering an unwavering commitment to our Company and Clients.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring progress with field staff and reviewing/ correcting efficiencies as needed.
- Ensure safety requirements are being followed.
- Meeting with estimators prior to commencing a job to review application details and when needed to review any extras.
- Reviewing specifications and drawings with foreman and crew.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with our customers (General Contractors, Consultants, Owners and Manufacturer Representative.)
- Ordering and organizing materials with Purchasing Department.
- Reviewing weekly time sheets and ensuring accuracy.
- Co-coordinating equipment deliveries to site.
- Assisting in creating/ updating as built drawings with CAD Department.
- Small deliveries as required.
- Responsible for productivity, and the contractual performance of the project.
- High site Presence to insure proper communicate of Safety, Workmanship and Time Management.
- Understanding the Work and Goals of both Bothwell-Accurate and Clients.
- Willingness to teach and Provide growth to others.
- Providing progress reporting of Jobsite.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the Shop, Trucks and Jobsites.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- construction: 3 years (required)
