Job Duties / Responsibilities:
As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, improving, and maintaining Botsford’s core operational process to ensure efficient and productive workflow. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Timecard Processing
o Accurately process and manage timecards for our consultants.
o Ensure timely submission and approval of timecards.
Subscription Management
o Oversee and manage various subscriptions and licenses.
o Ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness in subscription management.
LinkedIn Marketing
o Manage our company’s LinkedIn presence, including regular updates and postings.
o Post job openings and engage with potential candidates to support our recruitment efforts.
Administrative Tasks
o Assist with various administrative duties to support the operation of the firm.
o Maintain organized records and documentation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
● Experience in operations, administrative, or related roles is preferred
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
● Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media marketing
