We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to help us WOW our customers! We are looking for an experienced Geenral Manager to join our team!
The General Manager will work together with their team to help drive every aspect of operating a successful collision repair facility. Candidates will be trained, coached, and supported in our leadership program. The synergy between our best-in-class workmanship, coupled with the General Manager’s business acumen will create an exceptional customer experience for clients.
Roles And Responsibilities
We are looking for energetic individuals to join our company, who have the ability to:
- Proven leadership/ management experience
- Automotive Environment Experience or knowledge
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Experience motivating and coaching a team
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to problem-solve, initiate action, and complete projects in a timely manner
- Desire to work in an Excellence-based environment and understand and demonstrate Assured’s Core Values
- Multitasking Capability: Customer, Store, and Corporate mandates concurrently
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a passion to continually exceed expectations
