With your background in retail, promotions, digital marketing, activation and storytelling, you can create client specific propositions and pitch presentations that surprise and convince our clients to work with BrandLoyalty.
To deliver best-in-class pitch presentations and activation campaigns you are creative, persuasive, can work alongside creative agencies, sales managers and IP partners and are not afraid to take the lead, internally and externally.
The Marketing manager is part of an impactful team based on Toronto. From there you are responsible for the North American region within the Creative Strategy department.
Your team and responsibilities
Understand the (marketing) strategy of our clients worldwide;
Conduct consumer research in cooperation with our CBI department;
Create client specific campaign, stories and pitch presentations;
Develop on- and offline activation campaigns;
Brief and manage projects with our internal creative agency;
Project lead in various big pitch projects;
Present our campaigns and concepts during client meetings.
Requirements
What qualities do you bring?
BA in Marketing;
5+ years of marketing experience within the grocery, convenience, pharma retail or FMCG sectors;
Proven experience in promotions, digital marketing and licensing. Sports and entertainment experience is also an asset.
A true marketer – ability to think conceptual and from different stakeholders (consumer, retailer and business);
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented;
Strong (creative) storytelling and presentation skills (written and verbal);
Can do attitude, quick learner, independent and self-motivated;
Strong project management and influencing skills;
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
