Brawn Bros Looking for Customer Service Representative at Mississauga, ON Full Time

Brawn Bros Heating & Cooling is currently seeking 2 candidates for a full-time Operations Support Specialist role with HVAC/Home Renovations knowledge and experience to join their team.

This full-time position is primarily responsible for supporting the sale of the Company’s full line of HVAC products, and home reno services to our customer base:

· Support outside sales efforts with their assigned customer by providing timely quotation proposals for equipment, controls, parts and supplies represented by the Company.

· Use backend computer systems or eCommerce site to research availability, warranty entitlement,

· Obtain credit authorization to release orders or collect COD payments and balance tendered orders daily.

· Monitor and respond to support inquiries that come in.

· Overcome technical and business objectives for prospective customers.

· Emphasize salable features, prepare quotes from outside sales reps, and enter orders for sales obtained.

· Complete Verification calls with customers, before installation, and satisfactory calls after the installation is completed

· Build and maintain customer relationships.

· Investigate and resolve customer issues and concerns.

· Work in a team environment; interacting with other departments within the organization to facilitate customer orders and inquiries.

· Make follow up contact to customer base to promote product/sales promotions

· Administrative/Filing duties as needed

Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service skills

· High School Diploma or GED required

· Prior HVAC experience is preferred

· Practical knowledge of warehouse, data processing, paper flow and operations procedures.

· Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

· Ability to learn new software quickly and accurately.

· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

· Typing Skills 35 WPM or more

Schedule:

· 8-hour shift

· Monday – Thursday & Sunday

· Tuesday – Saturday

· 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm & some 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,667.00-$49,736.00 per year
