Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Input Customer orders and prepare invoices
- Calling customers for orders
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records
- Prepare shipping documents
- Print labels
- Performing administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- 1 year experience with Office Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English and excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- College Diploma
