What you’ll be doing…
This is a confidential position reporting directly to the Manager, Human Resources and plays an important role in assisting the team in developing and maintaining Human Resources practices, as well as, the day-to-day operations of recruitment, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and providing administrative support in all areas of the Human Resource Department.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
· Two (2) years Human Resources administrative experience would be considered an asset;
· Up to date First Aid and CPR certification is considered an asset.
Minimum skills and ability:
· Self-directed, highly adaptable, can prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
· Strong computer skills: MS office suite and typing;
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
· Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail;
· Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
· Ability to work independently and be self-directed;
· Must be comfortable working in a team environment;
· Maintain confidentiality and privacy of information;
