Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, The Recruitment Coordinator position is responsible for completing recruitment activities as well as providing general support to the larger Human Resources team and Brick Corporate, Retail, Distribution and Fleet teams.
Responsabilités:
Use and manage external recruitment sites and various social media outlets
Post job offers
Organize resumes, perform interviews on the phone, coordinate recruitment process with management
Communicate job openings internally
Manage new hires assignment process
Prepare and create standard reports
Participate on team projects as assigned
Qualifications:
HR training or certification considered an asset (i.e. CPHR, RPR)
Bilingual – French and English
Service focused and knowledge of the principles and processes required for exceptional service in a timely manner
Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside of the box
High level of initiative and drive
Professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications including but not limited to Word & Excel and internet including social media
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience using Adobe Photoshop considered an asset
