Brigil is currently looking for a Project accountant.

Reporting to the Vice President Finance, Development and Construction, the incumbent is responsible for monitoring, analysis, financial management and report preparation to support the project team.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Partner with Project Directors to ensure budgets, forecasts, cashflows, schedules and approvals are up-to-date and accurate ;
• Prepare and present cost reports for each project monthly
• Weekly review of production costs, explanation of variances
• Perform weekly cost/forecast analyses to ensure budget control
• Purchase order monitoring, receiving, and review with construction team
• Track outside rental agreements against contract agreements and schedules
• Provide financial information support to site staff
• Prepare Ad Hoc project reports for the division leadership
• Prepare periodic project Dashboard to summarize performance on project assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA designation (an asset) or in the process of obtaining
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Excellent Microsoft Office Excel skills
