Main responsibilities
Strategic planning and development of the accounts
Implement RCC and Melanoma strategy on account level.
Ensure a consistent cross-functional approach towards accounts in line with strategy
Operational responsibilities
Visit key prescribers, MDO members in the different accounts and meet the sales force effectiveness objectives set for the different stakeholders
Organize P2P meetings and other commercial activities
Network externally and increase access to our customers
Gather all relevant information to perform a continuous analysis of the situation in key accounts, including an overview of hospital challenges and opportunities.
Pro-actively use of available sales tools for account analysis
Furthermore you are:

Desired Experience
Minimum 2 years successful experience as account manager visiting specialists, preferable in oncology
Experience & examples in strong Key Account Management.
Demonstrated capability to analyze and have a solution oriented approach.
Ability to translate agreed strategy into an operational action plan with clear timelines.
Strong networker and team player
Desired Knowledge/Skills:
Fully adhere to Bristol Myers Squibb’s high standards of Ethics and Compliance with a clear focus on the needs of the patients we work for and who are in need of our therapies
Fluent use of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Adobe and Internet.
Experience with remote detailing and multichannel tactics is appreciated
High degree of curiosity in the hospital business & knowledge of the hospital environment.
Excellent (verbal & written) communication skills, ability to adapt communication style and content to different targets
