THE JOB: Business Services Administrator
TO LAND THIS ROLE and excel in it, you need to be the right fit and be amazing at:
Service Quality: providing quality service to BRITT RADIUS’ internal and external customers while upholding our values; liaising between accounting and operations
Office Systems: overseeing the development, implementation and monitoring of efficient and effective office processes
Information Systems: ensuring BRITT RADIUS has a robust and reliable IT System including maintaining tech and phone systems and collaborating with IT support vendor(s)
HR Administration: overseeing, administering and managing HRIS system, on-boarding & off-boarding tasks; maintaining personnel policies & procedures and providing guidance and interpretation to team; maintaining current knowledge of legal requirements related to Human Resources
Personnel Administration: maintenance and audits of all personnel records, including but not limited to personnel files, payroll, benefits, ROE submissions, years of services and leaves; implementing & on-boarding company benefits
Logistics: overseeing and reviewing all corporate contracts with vendors and clients; maintaining and renewing annual corporate insurance; vendor market research; grant/loan research
Finance: collaborating with accounting on personnel changes, verifying payroll, high level A/R when required etc.; overseeing procurement inquiries; ensuring company is focused on cost effective measures
Internal Risk Management: ensuring strategies are in place to prevent or mitigate risks
Meetings & Reporting: preparing and presenting monthly Executive and Leadership reports
Curiosity & Analysis: comprehending how the business operates, ensuring requested access permissions are appropriate based on role and needs
REQUIRED: 3+ years of experience in a similar role • Post secondary education is considered an asset • Familiarity with business management procedures and basic accounting • General knowledge of business practices and legislation • Strong aptitude for current and emerging technology • Consistent with the planned execution of tasks with high accuracy, organization and detail • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous, high-pressure environment • Be an amazing problem solver and possess problem assessment skills • Excellent customer relation skills • Authentic personality and natural sense of curiosity • High EQ.
