Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership and mentorship skills and have experience leading initiatives to improve and maintain existing processes, policies, models, systems, and reporting tools. They will also have advanced knowledge of provincial statutory payroll reporting requirements with regards to WCB, EHT, and other provincially legislated employment standards. This position will be located in Campbell River – British Columbia or Winnipeg – Manitoba.
