Job Description
Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfield’s lines of business.
The Analyst, HCM and Integrations position is responsible for supporting and improving operations and reporting within Human Resources. They will lead as a thought partner for customer groups, advise on business requirements, data presentation, and support decision making. This position will directly interact with other members of the HRS group, senior global HR leadership, accounting/finance stakeholders and other senior business leadership across the Brookfield supported footprint.
Responsibilities
HCM
-
Lead functional projects as a Human Capital Management (HCM) subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge of HR processes

Manage and resolve operational tickets and issues

Create change documentations for any configuration change to Workday
-
Documentation on new functionality that is set up for Brookfield
Integrations
-
Troubleshoot integration issues and if required work with third-party integration vendor

Participate in Workday implementation activities including discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions related to Integration

Work with functional team and third-party vendors in a multidisciplinary team to define requirements and develop the solution

Creation of RaaS report to integration

Inbound and outbound EIB integrations

Gain a deep understanding of the Workday implementation tools to execute day to day Integration activities
Qualifications
-
2-3 years of experience with HCM in Workday or similar HR Management System (HRMS) solution

Experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst in large complex corporations
-
Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics leveraging Workday or similar HRIS system
-
Expert level user of Excel (pivot tables and lookups) and advanced capabilities with balance of MS Office Suite of applications

Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines

Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically including Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, etc.)

Prior experience on a shared services team preferred
