BRP Looking for Functional Analyst, Salesforce/CRM at Montreal Full Time

This role is part of the Solutions Management group within BRP’s Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization. This group consists of functional and technical experts across multiple application portfolios, providing expertise in delivery, continuous improvement, and sustainment of BRP investments in its business technology solutions. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and provide functional, technical and development expertise for BRP Dealer and Employee Portals, and Dealer/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions built on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform.
• Develop collaborative working relationships with key business partners, solution architects, technology & business teams
• Assist in all aspects of the application / function lifecycle management (projects, continuous improvement & support as required)
• Work closely with the extended solution delivery team to ensure SFDC developed applications continue to meet current and future functional & technical business needs
• Assist in the development of SFDC development best practices, governance, functional and technical application documentation, and training materials
• Ownership of Application Runbooks for developed solutions, working closely with Solution Architects and Partners
• Acquire & share knowledge of emerging business needs, technology and solutions to help improve BRP operations
• Support and optimize organizational change management and technical change control functions 
• Have fun, develop and position yourself, your team and BRP for long term success and growth

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other relevant subject areas
• 5+ years’ experience in SFDC development, and life-cycle management, specifically in the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders and team members
• Good understanding or ability to learn OEM Vehicle Dealer operations processes and systems and Employee / Human Resource self-service needs
• Experience with Javascript, Apex, Lightning, App Builder, as well as API & integrations (Apigee, Mulesoft) would be a plus
• Strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
• A desire to learn, and support business operations with new technology and solutions
• Strong communication & collaboration skills, capable of building relationships across multiple levels of IT, solution partners, and business operations
• Salesforce Platform Developer certifications (I & II) would be a definite advantage
• Fluent in both English and French would be an asset (written and oral English is required)
• The ability and desire to do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and have fun
