Bicycle Sports Pacific Downtown is currently hiring for a Sales team leader. Someone who can provide excellent customer service and lead the team in the right direction.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service to clients and maintain relationships between customers and the store.
- Merchandise and maintain store appearance.
- Perform key-holding duties such as opening and closing.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the brands and services we provide.
Skills & Interests:
- Minimum 1-2 years in a Retail or Customer Service role
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience with one-on-one sales with customers.
- Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude.
- Familiarity with Ascend or other point-of-sale systems.
- General bike knowledge and/or experience in the bike industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
