Our Human Resources is looking for a co-op student based out of our office in Toronto to join us in May 2023.

What You Get to Learn and Do
- Researching local job boards and posting job ads;
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates;
- Organizing or conducting reference checks;
- Assist in researching competitors and local players at various locations;
- Coordinating new hire orientations;
- Assist in maintaining digital and electronic records of employees through the HRIS – UKG;
- Assist in educational recruitment with local colleges and universities such as scheduling career fairs and/or info sessions, as well as researching and organizing student community groups;
- Conduct research for ongoing projects;
What You’ll Bring
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- University Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, communications or related.
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Strong ability to demonstrate teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Drivers licence
- A great attitude and desire to learn!
