Budget Car & Truck Rental, a leader in the rental vehicle industry is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and highly motivated individual with a “Can Do” attitude for an Administration Assistant position in Kelowna, BC. The position involves working with our rental locations to assist with some of the day-to-day administrative tasks such as gathering damage claim information, contacting customers to assist with past due damage repair costs, data entry, organizing vehicle transfers between locations, process vehicle maintenance, etc.
Budget is looking for individuals with good customer service and communication (written, verbal and telephone) skills. The individual also must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Accuracy and attention to detail are important assets.
