Build 360 Looking for Construction Service Technician at Calgary, Alberta, Canada Full Time

We are seeking a versatile Construction Service Technician for small repair and patchwork tasks to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance work in a variety of construction trades, including but not limited to carpentry, framing, boarding, taping, painting, flooring, trims and ceilings.
• Perform patch and repair tasks to various surfaces including drywall, wood, and concrete.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and own tools fit for projects
• Inspect, identify, and determine the nature of repair work needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete small to Large residential/commercial projects
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction or repair industry.
• A sound understanding of construction trades, tools, and methods.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• A valid driver’s license is required (Class 5)
• First aid is required
• Safety training is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortable working at heights.

Preferred Skills:

• Drywall & taping would be an asset
• Painting
• Framing residential or commercial
• Able to assist with material take-offs
• Ability to operate a scissor lift (Preferred but not required)
• Carpentry
• Comfortable using software for work order management.
