Bulgari Looking for Sales Admin at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

BVLGARI, a renowned Italian designer known for its luxury jewels and watches, is searching for a Sales Administrator at its new Bloor Street boutique. The chosen individual will collaborate closely with the Store Director while having a reporting relationship with the East Coast Regional Director.

The Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you are pivotal in streamlining the backend operations that bolster our sales endeavors. Stationed at the crossroads of sales support and back-office management, your duties will encompass a spectrum of tasks, from Financial and administrative Reporting to Inventory Oversight and Vendor Relations. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll synergize with our dynamic Sales team and interface with the Corporate Office to ensure the store operates efficiently.

What you will do:

• Inventory management, ensuring accuracy and precision in all related tasks.
• Daily sales reconciliations.
• Support for all in-store After Sales Service activities.
• Support the sales team during transactions as required.
• Timely and cost-effective ordering of supplies.
• IT and store maintenance requests, ensuring swift resolutions.
• In visual merchandising initiatives.
• To special projects, ensuring each initiative is UNIQUE and effective.

Your Profile:

• Experience in the luxury retail sector is a plus.
• To adhere to retail hours, which include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Customer-centric approach coupled with a results-driven mindset.
• Multitasking abilities, with a flair for independent problem-solving.
