You will analyze member needs and assist members to utilize the product or service which best meets those needs by outlining benefits and alternatives and advising on the best match. You will recognize member opportunities and take appropriate actions to promote credit union products and services and refer to other staff where appropriate. The successful candidate should have a minimum of three years’ experience in the financial services industry. You should be adaptable, organized and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in an environment of ongoing change.
An individual with experience plus education and/or training equivalent to three years will also be considered.
