We are currently looking for a detail oriented individual, comfortable with Microsoft Office Applications, speaking with customers and composing emails to our clients/staff, for a full-time customer service agent for our Pointe-Claire office.
This is a Full-time permanent position. The shift is from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Job duties include:
- Answer emails and calls from customers/carriers/staff
- Receive/process shipments
- Prepare orders for warehouse staff
- Enter updates in our WMS, including closing orders once shipped.
- Print BOL’s, packing slips and labels using our WMS
- Various data entry tasks
- simple/basic accounting tasks and functions
