Your role is important:

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of the company’s corporate-owned retail locations

Your main responsibilities:

• Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures;
• Managing budgets and expenses;
• Assisting with M&A activity;
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures;
• Working closely with the regional directors and other department leaders to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and monitor performance;
• Managing the training and development of store leaders;
• Ensuring that the stores are meeting or exceeding operational metrics and customer service goals.

Essential qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related field, Master’s degree preferred
• Bilingual (French and English)
• A minimum of 10 years experience in management, procurement, or operations experience
• Strong background in customer focused operations management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint along with an aptitude for technology
• Great leadership and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Financial management skills, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team
• Organizational and time management skills
• Greenfield and/or M&A experience
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
