Job Responsibilities:

· Drive safety, quality, delivery, and production requirements on a daily basis

· Provide strong direction, professional leadership, and ongoing constructive feedback to Production Associates

· Deliver solutions and support for process improvement and problem solving in the manufacturing process

· Develop best practices to improve all department activities

· Reassign machine operators in case of Machine breakdown;

· Perform inventory duties and review with Manager;

· Review PM reports of each machine and takes action as required;

· Order Spares and maintain critical spares inventory

· Prepare monthly meetings with plant employees

Requirements:

· Experience in the manufacturing / Automotive industry

· 5 years + experience as supervisor

· Ability to supervise and direct others

· Requires knowledge of CNC manufacturing machinery/assembly processes

· Strong computer skills

· Strong communication skills
