As a legal receptionist you will be responsible for managing office tasks such as answering phones and directing calls, handling walk in client intake, managing daily mail and bank runs, opening new files and taking client paymentss. The position will involve training to become a legal assistant/paralegal for the right candidiate
Essential skills, Knowledge and Experience:
-Self-motivated
-Proficiency in time-management and schedule organization
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
-Accurate and speedy word processing
-Computer literacy
-File management
-Attention to detail
-Confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
-2 + years working experience as a receptionist an asset
-Local knowledge
