Adult Support Workers at BACI support people to lead a good life. Position: Regular PT Residence Support Worker
Location: Burnaby, BC
SALARY: From $25.05- $28.75
Hours: 25.0hours/week Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-2:00PM
Responsibilities
Support people in a shared-living home to have positive control of their home and to be active members of their community
Ensuring that individuals are connected to friends and family.
Providing individuals with the opportunity to make meaningful choices
Encouraging and recognizing individuals’ contributions
Ensuring that individuals are safe and to promote their health and well-being
Qualifications
Graduation from a Community College with an appropriate diploma or certificate in Human Services OR an equivalent of education and experience.
Current First Aid & CPR, NCI training (both provided by BACI)
TB screening,
valid unrestricted BC Class 5 Drivers License preferred
