Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Experience working in Logistics (preferred)
- Punctuality
- Fast learner; works well in a restricted timeframe
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible to changes in circumstance
- Patience in difficult situations
- Cordial and quick in responding
Responsibilities:
- Arrange daily pickups and deliveries across Canada and the US
- Communicate with freight brokers, warehouses, and other personnel
- Ensure that trucks and trailers match the requirements of clients
- Monitor the location, condition, and other status of trucks as shipments transport
- Keep clean, organised records of delivery orders, such as converting, renaming, and uploading files
- Coordinate timeframes according to each driver’s location and need
- Follow-up on difficult orders
- Other miscellaneous tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
