C & D Vegetation Control & Hodge Vegetation Control is a family owned and operated company providing Industrial Vegetation Management Services to Oil/Gas and Utility/Counties. We are looking for Herbicide Applicators for the summer to add to our team.
The position is an outside position, but work is completed during compatible weather. You must have a positive team oriented attitude. You must be willing to work long days and be away from home for long periods at a time. Our work is located throughout the province, and is scheduled around compatible weather.
This is a great position for university students looking to save for their post secondary studies. Please note a drivers abstract will be required before starting the position.
We offer bonus’s to workers who stay the course of the season.
What You Need:
- First Aid CPR Level C (mandatory)
- H2S (mandatory)
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License – Clear Drivers Abstract (mandatory)
- CSA Approved Steel Toed Boots, Fire Retardant Coveralls, Side Impact Hard Hat (mandatory)
Assets:
- Previous spray experience
- Experience Driving 2 ton trucks/UTVS/Argos
- Can perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Have experience driving with a trailer
- UTV/Argo Certificates

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
