Bilingual Contact Center Representative
Based in Atlantic Canada, CAA Atlantic has more than doubled in size in the past 10 years and now serves more than 294,000 Members in all 4 Atlantic Provinces. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Contact Center Representative to join our Member Service Contact Centre. This position can be performed remotely (must reside in Atlantic Canada), or on-site.
The Member Service Contact Centre hours of operation are:
Monday-Friday
8am-10pm
Saturday, Sunday & Holidays
10am-10pm
Our representatives are customer service oriented with a positive upbeat “can do” attitude.
We help our Members and non-members by phone, e-mail and live web chat. This position requires someone who is flexible, able to work as a team and autonomously.
All shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
