ASSOCIATE / BRAND AMBASSADOR
The position is an opportunity to take an active role in shaping the future of Cadine. You will be assisting the management team to build brand awareness by creating meaningful experiences and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales environment
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Communicates effectively to identify customer needs
- Ability to work as part of a team in reaching goals and directives
- Able to carry up to 20kg up/down a flight of stairs
- Available minimum of 12 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional experience to everyone who enters Cadine
- Service multiple customers at a time, multi-task and/or handle projects simultaneously
- Resolving customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner
- Accurately perform point of sales transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, and fitting room upkeep
- Keep current and knowledgeable on store product and offerings
- Ensure the interior/exterior storefront and display is tidy and visually appealing
- Embodies the Cadine lifestyle
