Here at Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust we are looking to expand our team of midwives to support our fantastic service that we offer to women and their families. We would be excited to hear from passionate and enthusiastic midwives wanting to join our team and fulfil the role of rotational midwife with a vision of working towards continuity of carer models.

Working in a continuity of carer model to provide high quality, flexible evidence based Family centered midwifery care to antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal women, their babies in community, Birth Centre and hospital settings.

Operating on an ethos of ‘one culture of care’, where we look after each other with the same care and compassion that we show to our patients, colleague engagement, and creating an open, honest and inclusive organisation is high on our agenda. Colleague engagement is about listening to each other and sharing our ideas so that we take action which improves patient care and the organisation that we work in.

We want to create a place of work that feels open, and honest; where colleagues aren’t shy about saying how they feel, where they can make suggestions and where they know they will be supported if they pick up on other people’s behaviour that isn’t OK.
