Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this position will provide oversight and strategic leadership to the health services and recovery-focused programming of the DI. This position will be responsible for identifying opportunities for continued growth of services to best meet the needs of the clients we serve, providing leadership oversight, and supporting ongoing evaluation to continually improve the quality of programming and services of the health services programs in accordance with accreditation standards, contracted deliverables and recognized best practices. The ideal candidate is a people-person with outstanding communication skills and a commitment to furthering the leadership development of others within your portfolio.
The Director, Health & Recovery Services is a member of the DI senior leadership team. This position provides strategic input on all areas related to the health services programs including development and implementation of annual business plans that align with the DI’s strategic plan.
Time Commitment
This is a full-time position comprised of normal business weekday hours, however there will be requirements to be available and flexible from time to time outside normal business hours for board meetings, assisting with agency operations, volunteering, employee events and other requests.

Employees will be enrolled in Long-Term Disability and Critical Illness insurance, paid for by the employee. This is mandatory and may not be opted out of.
Benefits are based on employment type and usually available the 1st of the month following your start date. If you are successful in obtaining employment with the DI, Human Resources will discuss your eligibility for benefits with you.
