Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Specialist located in Cambridge, ON. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with inventory management and customer service for all parts. This role requires frequent communication with customers, suppliers, and the service department.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software
• Hyundai-specific knowledge is an asset
• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field is considered an asset
