Position Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist (Sr. HRG)
Location: Calgary, Edmonton, AB
Reports to: Sr. Human Resources Manager
Pay: 65 K -75 K + comprehensive benefits
Preference: Completed or working towards a CPHR, CRHA, or equivalent designation.
Knowledge of legislation pertaining to employment.
Proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience with ADP Workflow.

Reporting to the HR VP, this role also provides support and advice to respective HR team members, management and employees from on-boarding to termination processes and any other functional HR areas.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Sr. HRG performs day-to-day Human Resources (HR) tasks in accordance with HR policies, procedures and programs. The HR as benefits administration, training and development, performance management, and workplace health Generalist also provides support and advice to management and employees in all functional areas of HR such and safety.

The Sr. HRG will at various times be responsible for the following as well as other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives and purpose of the Company.
