Job Description Responsibilities:
- Administrative and reception including telephone/emails/correspondents
- Creation and scheduling of shipments
- Order processing and fulfillment
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Quality management
- Perform all other company related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Previous experience in a clinical/cryogenic laboratory (willing to train)
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment with a team and individually
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, French speaking an asset
- Strong attention to detail with efficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual a must!
