We are looking for a Administration Support Associate in Toronto, ON.
What you will do
Responsible for the processing of incoming applications for insurance and assessing underwriting requirements, if applicable.
Manage all accounting and/or billing adjustments and process premium refunds and charges.
Handle all policy and client updates.
Correspond directly with Plan Sponsors, clients and advisors via email / telephone in regards to policy inquiries and follow ups, terminations.
Assist Team members with special projects.
