Responsible for aggregating data from multiple sources and turning it into insightful, actionable reporting. Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Data, FreeX, this role will be responsible for supporting all of the data management, analysis and reporting needs of Freedom Experience (FreeX). The Data Analyst will use their skills to provide FreeX teams with; forecasts, ongoing key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring, reporting, analysis and insights, financial modelling of emerging business opportunities, capacity planning, as well as process improvements benefits realization.
The role’s challenges lie primarily in the breadth of its accountabilities, requiring significant agility, a nose for inconsistencies, and the ability to go beyond the analysis of data to arrive at true business insight. The role will support the data & analysis needs of all areas of FreeX (sales, service, strategy and business development) and therefore must possess in-depth knowledge of FreeX’s data needs; and will work collaboratively to support the design, development, and maintenance of FreeX’s Customer Relationship Management tools to ensure customer and KPI data is captured and analyzed appropriately.
