The HR Generalist is an exciting role that is pivotal to CWL in pursuing and achieving its corporate mission by supporting the backbone of our organization, our teammates. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with employment law, have graduated from an HR program and are looking to advance your career in the field, this is the place to be.
The HR Generalist must bring a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and employee compensation to performance evaluation. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of current and relevant legislation and workplace policies and can provide proactive HR advice and consultation to management and staff. The HR Generalist will be a champion of CWL corporate culture and engagement through the planning of team building activities and events.
