POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, People & Operations the Manager, Human Resources will bring their passion for people and dynamic customer success skills to provide day-to-day support of CCHF’s growing team. The Manager will support all areas of People Operations and enjoys being given the challenges to finding solutions. The successful candidate is a strong relationship builder and strong communicator; knows that the best teams and companies are full of people who take care of each other, is adaptable, flexible and thrives in a high growth environment.
The role will have the opportunity to create a strong employee experience, from the initial onboarding program throughout each milestone in the employee journey, supported by a deep understanding of employment legislation, current provincial legislation, employment and payroll standards, health and safety, recruitment and employee training and development. They support each CCHF employee in numerous ways, from individual staff training all the way to reporting, analysis and presentation for the senior leadership team (SLT).
