This position pays $16.00 per hour.
How You’ll Make A Difference:
Screen candidates for position suitability and schedule interviews (both over the phone and in person)
Conducting individual interviews and making hiring decisions
Reception duties including; phone inquiries, data entry and filing
Maintain ATS (iCIMS)
Prepare interview statistics
Monitor interview schedule and ensure interviews are conducted in a timely manner
Communicate daily with department contacts regarding interviews
Schedule onboarding appointments for new and returning associates
Assist the Human Resources (HRIS/Training) team with onboarding newly hired associates as needed
We’re Looking For:
Enrolled in/recent graduate of a post-secondary Human Resources Management program or equivalent is an asset
Superior oral and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
Enthusiastic and positive approach towards work
Demonstrate a professional, positive and confident manner
Committed to working full time hours and flexible shifts including evenings and on weekends
Able to wear personal protective equipment deemed necessary to perform this job safely (may include; gloves, mask and/or face shield, non-slip shoes etc)
