About the role
In this role you will perform routine Blood Group Serology (BGS), Serological Transmissible Diseases (TD) and/or Nucleic Acid Transmissible Diseases (NAT) testing by following operating procedures, and record all related quality control/assurance activities. You will perform routine maintenance and verification of laboratory equipment in accordance with approved work instructions to meet regulatory requirements. As well as participate in ongoing quality improvement activities, maintain technical competency, promote continuous learning and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
