Canadian Management Group Looking for Housekeeping at Brantford, ON Full Time

We are looking to hire a responsible Housekeeper who will be responsible for performing tasks that will help us maintain a hygienic environment. You will be involved in our daily cleaning processes, making sure surfaces are free from dirt and dust, and sorting waste for appropriate disposal. As a Housekeeper, you must be punctual and accountable for your tasks. We expect you to have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. You should be comfortable working with chemicals, such as disinfectants and solvents. Ultimately the role is to maintain our environment by complying with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the policies of their employer with respect to work shifts, client possessions, and privacy
• Perform housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the windows, scouring bathrooms, changing sheets and towels, managing laundry, and keeping the place neat and tidy
• Clean, disinfect, and store all cleaning equipment at the end of their shift
• Fulfill all cleaning requirements of the employer
• Promptly respond to client needs
• Inform the homeowner or employer if any accidents or problems occur while performing cleaning services
• General tidying of rooms, decluttering and organizing
• Removal of garbage and recycling
• Washing and drying dishes and putting them away
• Cleaning the kitchen, including wiping down appliance, counters, sink and cabinets

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of cleaning appliances, and cleaning and disinfecting agents
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Time management skill
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Must be located in Brantford, Ontario

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Part-time hours: 9 per week

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
