About The Role
The Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR) is centered around the idea that respect and understanding of human rights can serve as a positive force for change in the world. The Assistant Manager, Program Delivery will support our collective efforts to build a workplace culture that is inclusive, equitable, innovative and focused on inspiring action.
Reporting to the Manager, Program Delivery, the Assistant Manager, Program Delivery provides leadership and direction to build and strengthen our workplace culture in the program delivery service area. This position ensures world class delivery of gallery services, education programs and public programs including special and commemorative events, public and booked tours, in-gallery activities, family programs, and adult programs.
The incumbent will be a strong and thoughtful communicator, critical thinker and innovator, and will bring a collaborative approach to their role.
