The position of Project Manager reports to the Director, Construction. Working within a high energy team, this is a high-profile role responsible to lead, motivate, and support a team of external consultants and general contractors in all aspects of design, construction while ensuring the team delivers a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders/clients. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the projects meet metrics associated with project budget, design, schedule, safety, quality, coordination, and all due diligence regarding the construction of new projects, expansions, re-developments, renovations, and other development programs. The position deals with constantly changing priorities, complex approval processes and the intricacies of the design and construction industry at large.
Implementation of all individual elements of high-profile building development initiatives, including design, construction, budget control, operational requirements, responsible for ensuring project management framework and promoting project management best practices.
