Canadian Tire View Royal (Location: 1519 Admirals Road, Victoria BC) is currently hiring for Automotive Service Advisors. This role is the link between our customers and our Auto Service Technicians. Communicating directly with customers to manage their needs and expectations regarding their auto service maintenance and repairs.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks
– Providing excellent customer service and ensures ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer and their vehicle.
– Responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
– Manages customer concerns and problems promptly.
– Deals with challenging situations in a professional manner.
– Completes and reviews repair orders with customers.
– Acts as liaison between customers and technicians and manages the status of work orders.
– Schedules service and repair appointments.
– Operates computerized work order systems.
Requirements
– Basic math and keyboarding skills
– Knowledge and understanding of automobiles
– Ability to work with auto parts ordering systems and computerized work order systems
– Experience in a similar role is considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
