We are currently recruiting for a Fabrication Supervisor at our head office in Red Deer, AB.

What will you do?
- Oversee and improve the safety, maintenance, production and staff of the welding department
- Prioritize and assign work to meet delivery requirements
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures, engineering specifications, quality standards & inspections (ISO, ABSA, PED) and factory acceptance tests
- Use FCAW, GMAW, SMAW and MCAW processes
- Manage a team of approximately 20 people including B-Pressure Welders, Hone Operators, Grinders & Tack Fitters
- Complete preventative maintenance on machines as needed
- Maintain a good knowledge of piping nominal sizes, ANSI pressure classes, metric system of measurements, etc.
What do you need?
- B-Pressure Welding certificate
- Class 5 Driver’s License
- Previous forklift experience
- 5 or more years experience in a supervisory role
- 5 – 10 years experience in current trade
