Canaray provides the GTA with standard-setting oral radiology services. Canaray has doubled in size every 3 years since its inception in November 2011.
***This position is a full-time Customer Service position. The person hired for this position is required on weekends and weekdays.
Duties
Duties include and are not limited to:
- Telephone customer service support
- Schedule, confirm, modify appointments
- Proofreading radiology reports
- Printing, mailing and filing
- Data processing
- *Manipulating Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) Dicom files
- *Segmentation of 3D data
- Following patient privacy regulations
- Consistent sanitization and ensure all COVID policies are being followed
*Training will be provided, no experience necessary
Skills:
Mandatory
- Sound oral and written communication skills
- Adaptability to changing technology
- Ability to learn new terms and skillsets
- Proficient computer literacy
Relationships:
- Working under the direct supervision of an Oral maxillofacial radiologist
- Receiving feedback from staff radiologists and other support staff
- Providing coaching to fellow support staff

Salary: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
