Job Description
Canarm currently has an opening in its Sales Department, Agricultural Business Unit. As the Customer Service Representative, the successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have an Agricultural or Business education, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to customer service.
Key Duties
· Answering calls from customers in a prompt and courteous manner
· Entering orders using Canarm’s order entry system
· Assisting customers with technical/product questions
· Recommending appropriate products as required
· Partnering with Sales Managers to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
· Coordinating order fulfillment and shipping requirements for orders out of our warehouses (all locations)
· Other ad hoc assignments as required by Vice President – Canadian AG
Minimum requirements
· College diploma or university degree in Agriculture or Business Administration or equivalent experience
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
· Experience using Microsoft Office products, i.e. Excel, Outlook
· Previous customer service experience and bilingualism are assets
