In this fractional Consumer Packaged Goods Sales & Marketing Support Coordinator role, you will help support the selling efforts of the Sales and Marketing team coordinating between retailer, broker, distributor, and brand!
The Role Details
- $35 an hour
- Fractional role – 20 hours per week
- Fully remote (work from home)
- Casual dress
- Discounted or free company products
- Start date – as soon as possible

- Sales activity support
- Marketing activity support
- Analytical support
- Research support
The Candidate
- Individuals with the following traits, skills and experiences should apply:
- Roll up your sleeves, team player and problem solver who gets tasks done
- Strong communicator and excellent organizational skills
- Ok dealing in an environment that feels like change is the only thing that is constant
- 5+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods experience
- Sales/marketing support experience
- Experience with planogram merchandising
- Ability to work under pressure
- Start-Up experience
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to create effective visual presentations
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software

Interview Process:
If you are chosen to move forward, our interview process follows this sequence:
- 20-minute phone screen interview with a member of our HR team.
- Virtual 60-minute technical interview with key senior leaders
- Virtual 60-minute values, fit and follow-up interview with key senior leaders
- A decision is communicated, and an offer is extended.
- Reference checks.
