As the Associate Consultant for Software Solutions, you will provide high-quality pre-sales support on Canon Software solutions to our Indirect Sales Channel and Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery sessions with dealers and account executives
Present and demonstrate software
Review scope of work and provide product configuration recommendations
Assist dealers with presenting products during open houses and shows
Present software solutions to dealer representatives and assist in implementing software solutions in showrooms
Implement and configure software for customers and in the regional labs/demonstration systems (laptops)
Assist the Post-Sales team by resolving any technical post-sales issues
To Succeed, You Will Need:
Minimum of 1 year experience in software pre-sales
Post secondary education in a related field
Strong analytical ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
Excelent project and time management skills
Proven computer and technical abiliity
MCP and MCSE are an asset

This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
When working from home, a reliable Internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools
