As a Business Associate Analyst, you will collaborate with the business to review and analyze application needs and specifications to determine the programming and system requirements in order to fulfill business requests. Once you have scoped out the requirements, you will write code, test, and troubleshoot the programs. You will also be responsible for creating key reports used by the Service and Support operations.

Responsibilities
Administer the Service and Support CRM and implement process improvements
Write and maintain PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS code mainly within Oracle Cloud applications and Canon.ca
Review and analyze business needs and specifications to determine programming requirements
Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology
Maintain existing software programs by developing detailed programming logic and coding changes.
Act as the point of first contact for internal users regarding Oracle Cloud applications issues
Create reports from Oracle Cloud applications and Avaya telephony system and deliver to key stakeholders
Import, update, and segment customer data as required
To Succeed, You Will Need
Post Secondary education in Computer Science
1-3 years of related work experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V lookups and VB scripting in Excel), PowerPoint, SharePoint, SQL databases, and Oracle Cloud Applications
Ability to understand business requirements and application capabilities
Excellent project management skills
Ability to manage time to meet tight deadlines
Basic coding language skills, including, PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
French is considered an asset

HYBRID WORK
This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
